Grease a 3cm-deep slice pan. Line with baking paper.
Combine muesli, dates, figs and coconut in a large bowl, mix well.
Place honey, peanut butter, butter and brown sugar in a frypan over low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, keep stirring. Remove the mixture from the heat, add to the muesli mixture and stir to combine. Press mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top. Refrigerate overnight. Cut in the 10 bars when it is set.
